Starting prices on this site are estimates for standard equipment in normal condition. Your actual price is the quote we give you after discussing or inspecting your equipment. The quote is the price unless we find something unexpected, in which case we tell you before continuing.
Service is scheduled in advance. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment at the scheduled time. If we arrive and can't get in, a trip fee may apply.
Invoices are due on receipt unless we've agreed to monthly billing. Late invoices may incur a fee.
We clean and maintain equipment. We do not repair it, and we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures unrelated to our work. If we spot a problem, we'll tell you.
