Grease trap and liquid waste hauling in the Valley is permitted at the Maricopa County level, and each city has its own pretreatment rules for how often traps must be serviced. Hood cleaning follows NFPA 96 as enforced by each city's fire department. We stay on top of these so you don't have to, and every service report is written to satisfy the inspector.
Phoenix-area questions
How often does Phoenix require grease trap cleaning?
Phoenix and most Valley cities require service before the trap reaches 25 percent capacity of grease and solids, and most expect records of service on site. For a busy kitchen that works out to roughly every 30 days. We keep the service records for you.
Who inspects restaurant hoods in the Valley?
The local fire department does, following the International Fire Code and NFPA 96. They look for a current inspection sticker on the hood and a cleaning report. Ours include both.
Do you serve the East Valley and West Valley?
Yes. Our routes run from Peoria and Glendale on the west side to Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler on the east side, with Scottsdale and Tempe in between.
What hours do you work?
Mon to Fri, 7am to 6pm for the office. Service visits are scheduled around your hours, including early morning and after close.
